The Hardbody Heavy Duty Dip Belt Heavy Duty is engineered for serious strength training, built with high grade materials designed to withstand extreme loads while remaining comfortable during heavy sets. Constructed with a durable belt structure, reinforced stainless steel D-rings and a heavy duty nylon daisy chain, this belt is designed for weighted dips, pull ups, muscle ups and other progressive overload movements.

Despite its strength, the belt remains lightweight and comfortable against the body, sitting securely around the hips without digging into the skin or sliding during training. Protective fabric padding beneath the D-rings reduces friction, helping protect both your clothing and skin during heavy lifts.

Complete with a 150cm nylon daisy chain and two premium carabiners, the Hardbody Heavy Duty Dip Belt allows for quick loading of plates while maintaining maximum safety under high weight. Built for progression, whether you're adding 5kg or pushing past 100kg and beyond.

Measure around your hips to determine the correct belt size. The dip belt is designed to rest comfortably around the hips while remaining secure during heavy lifts.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size to allow additional adjustment room when loading heavier weight.

How to clean the belt:

Use a microfibre cloth with mild soapy water and gently wipe the belt surface to remove dirt or chalk residue. Allow the belt to air dry naturally and avoid using heat.

Like any high-quality lifting belt, it may feel stiff at first. The best way to break it in is simply by training with it. Over time, the leather will mould to your body and become more comfortable while maintaining maximum support. You can also fold the belt gently in both directions to help loosen the leather for a better fit.

How do I choose the right size belt or sleeve?

Each product page has a sizing guide with measurement instructions. Use a tape measure, not your jeans size, that’s the number one mistake most lifters make.

Do your products come with a warranty?
