Hardbody Lifetime Warranty

At Hardbody, we build equipment designed to last. Every piece of lifting equipment we make is backed by our Hardbody Lifetime Warranty, giving you confidence that your equipment is made to endure. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand firmly behind the quality of every product we sell.

If your Hardbody equipment ever experiences a manufacturing defect or fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge. Just reach out to our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects (stitching failures, broken fasteners, or structural weaknesses)
• Damage occurring under normal use during training
• Lifetime coverage on Hardbody lifting equipment and accessories— unless a different coverage period is specified for a particular product listed below.

It's important to note that the duration of coverage shown below is what we expect the lifetime of the product to be, therefore coverage only applies within this time period.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind our equipment, the Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (natural fading, slight abrasions, cosmetic scuffs that don’t affect performance, etc).
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional abuse (e.g., slamming a belt against the floor, dragging a sleeve across sharp surfaces, using equipment for non-lifting purposes, etc).
• Modifications or alterations made after purchase
• Issues caused by improper storage or maintenance (e.g., storing gear damp, exposing it to harsh chemicals, etc).
• Apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies, and shorts — these are covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy instead.

How To Request A Replacement

Email us at support@hardbody.store with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and the issue
• A brief description of what happened

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 48-72 hours.

Important Note: Warranty vs Returns & Exchanges

It’s important to understand that our Lifetime Warranty is separate from our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• Our Returns & Exchanges Policy covers product returns, refunds, and size swaps within 30 days of delivery.
• Our Lifetime Warranty protects against product failures caused by defects or craftsmanship issues for the lifetime of your equipment.
