Lifetime Warranty

Hardbody Lifetime Warranty

At Hardbody, we build lifting equipment designed to perform and made to last. Our Hardbody Lifetime Warranty gives you confidence that qualifying Hardbody equipment is protected against genuine manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

If a qualifying product fails because of a confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect during its stated warranty period, Hardbody will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty applies to lifting equipment and accessories only. It does not apply to apparel, bags, or any product showing a different warranty period on its product page or within the coverage information below.

Nothing within this warranty affects your statutory rights.

What’s Covered

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty covers genuine faults caused by defective materials, manufacturing, or workmanship, including:

  • Structural stitching failures that affect the strength, security, or intended performance of the product
  • Broken or defective fasteners, buckles, levers, or components caused by a manufacturing fault
  • Structural weaknesses or product separation caused by defective materials or workmanship
  • A qualifying product breaking or failing during normal lifting use because of a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • Other faults that prevent the product from safely performing its intended purpose and are confirmed as a manufacturing or workmanship issue

A problem occurring during normal training is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. The product will be assessed to determine whether the issue resulted from a genuine defect or from normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, misuse, accidental damage, or another excluded cause.

Warranty Coverage Periods

The term “Lifetime Warranty” refers to the expected functional service life of the qualifying product—not the lifetime of the customer.

Unless a different coverage period is clearly stated, qualifying Hardbody lifting equipment and accessories are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

The following products have Lifetime Warranty coverage:

  • 10mm Lever Belts
  • 10mm Bodybuilding Belts
  • Wrist Wraps
  • Lifting Straps
  • Weightlifting Grips

The following products have a limited warranty period of 6 months from the original delivery date:

  • Knee Sleeves
  • Knee Wraps
  • Elbow Sleeves
  • Elbow Wraps

These shorter coverage periods reflect the expected service life of products that are repeatedly stretched, compressed, and exposed to friction, sweat, and regular training use.

Where a product is not specifically listed above, the warranty period shown on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated by Hardbody will apply.

Apparel and bags are not covered by the Hardbody Lifetime Warranty. Eligible returns and exchanges for these products are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy, alongside any applicable statutory rights.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand firmly behind the quality of our equipment, the Hardbody Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual stretching, fading, surface abrasions, cosmetic scuffs, creasing, fraying, or deterioration caused by regular use
  • Loose, raised, or untidy cosmetic stitching where the product remains structurally secure, safe, and fully functional
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect the strength, safety, security, or performance of the product
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, excessive force, accidental damage, or intentional abuse
  • Damage caused by slamming, throwing, dragging, cutting, crushing, or using equipment for a purpose it was not designed for
  • Incorrect sizing, including excessive stretching, stress, or damage caused by using a product that is too small or unsuitable for the customer
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the customer or an unauthorised third party
  • Issues caused by improper care, cleaning, storage, or maintenance, including storing equipment while damp or exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme heat, or unsuitable conditions
  • Reduced performance of Velcro or other hook-and-loop fastenings caused by lint, hair, chalk, debris, contamination, improper storage, insufficient cleaning, or failure to keep the fastening closed or appropriately protected during storage. Hook-and-loop fastenings may require periodic cleaning and maintenance to continue performing effectively. Genuine manufacturing defects affecting the fastening system remain eligible for assessment under this warranty
  • Damage caused by contact with sharp surfaces, rough flooring, Velcro, jewellery, machinery, or other external objects
  • Products that have been lost, stolen, resold, disposed of, or cannot be provided for inspection
  • Products purchased from an unauthorised seller or where valid proof of purchase cannot be provided
  • Apparel, bags, or products that are not specifically included within the Hardbody Lifetime Warranty
  • Products outside the warranty period stated for that particular product

The warranty does not guarantee that a product will remain visually perfect throughout its working life. A cosmetic issue alone will not qualify for a replacement where the product remains safe, structurally secure, and capable of performing its intended function.

How To Make A Warranty Claim

Email our customer service team at support@hardbody.store and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number or valid proof of purchase
  • The name of the product
  • Clear photographs and, where helpful, a video showing the complete product and the reported issue
  • A brief description of what happened and how the product was being used when the issue occurred
  • Any additional information requested by our customer service team

Please do not dispose of, modify, repair, or continue damaging the product after discovering the issue. The product may need to be retained and made available for further photographs, inspection, or return.

Providing complete and accurate information in your first email will help our team assess the claim without unnecessary delays.

We will normally respond within 48–72 hours. Response times may be slightly longer during launches, promotional periods, weekends, and public holidays.

How Warranty Claims Are Assessed

Submitting a warranty claim does not mean that a replacement has automatically been approved.

Every claim is assessed individually using the information provided, the product’s age and condition, its expected service life, the nature and location of the issue, how the product has been used and cared for, and whether the problem affects its intended performance.

Hardbody may request:

  • Additional photographs or videos
  • Further information about the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Confirmation of sizing and product use
  • The product to be returned for physical inspection

Where the available evidence is insufficient to establish a manufacturing or workmanship defect, Hardbody may be unable to approve the claim.

Warranty Resolutions

If Hardbody confirms that a fault is covered by this warranty, we will determine the most appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, Hardbody may:

  • Provide guidance or a suitable remedy where the issue can be resolved without replacement
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the affected component
  • Replace the product with the same item
  • Provide a comparable replacement where the original product is no longer available
  • Offer a partial refund or price adjustment in exceptional circumstances where Hardbody considers this to be an appropriate resolution

The resolution offered will be based on the nature of the confirmed defect, the age and condition of the product, available stock, and what is reasonable in the circumstances.

Where a partial refund or price adjustment is offered, the amount will be determined based on the nature and severity of the confirmed issue, the age and condition of the product, and the circumstances of the claim.

Hardbody reserves the right to determine the appropriate warranty resolution. A full product replacement will not automatically be provided where a repair, component replacement, partial refund, price adjustment, or other reasonable solution appropriately resolves the confirmed issue or restores the product’s intended function.

Replacement products do not begin a new Lifetime Warranty period. The replacement remains covered for the remainder of the original product’s applicable warranty period.

Where the original product, colour, size, or design is no longer available, Hardbody may provide the nearest reasonable equivalent. Minor differences in colour, branding, materials, or design may occur where products have been updated or discontinued.

Shipping And Replacement Costs

Where a warranty claim is approved, Hardbody will provide reasonable instructions for returning the affected product where a return is required.

Customers must not arrange an expensive, premium, express, or international return service without prior written approval from Hardbody.

Where Hardbody requires a qualifying product to be returned for inspection, repair, or another warranty-related purpose, we will provide an appropriate return method or cover a reasonable return cost where applicable.

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty covers the approved repair, replacement component, replacement product, or other warranty resolution. Unless Hardbody is legally required to cover the applicable delivery cost, the customer will be responsible for the standard cost of shipping an approved replacement component or replacement product to them.

Where a shipping charge applies, Hardbody will confirm the applicable amount before the repair, replacement component, or replacement product is dispatched. The replacement will not normally be dispatched until the applicable shipping charge has been paid.

Additional charges may apply where the customer requests premium shipping, express delivery, delivery to a different country, or another service outside the standard warranty resolution.

Nothing within this section requires a customer to pay a cost that Hardbody is legally responsible for under applicable consumer law.

Warranty vs Returns & Exchanges

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty is separate from our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns & Exchanges cover eligible refunds, change-of-mind returns, and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the full conditions of that policy.

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying lifting equipment that suffers a confirmed manufacturing, materials, or workmanship defect during its stated warranty period.

The warranty is not intended for ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong product, changing your mind, or returning an item that remains functional but shows normal wear or cosmetic deterioration.

If you need a different size, want to return an eligible product, or ordered the wrong item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing within the Hardbody Lifetime Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any rights you may have where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose.

The Hardbody Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying products purchased and delivered on or after 1 July 2025.
