The Hardbody Adjustable Cuff is made with heavy duty nylon & high quality neoprene, making it the most comfortable cuff on the market. This cuff adjust to fit any size effortlessly. Attach them around your ankles, biceps, or wrists, and connect the metal D-rings to any cable machine.

How do I break in my new Hardbody belt?
Like any high-quality lifting belt, it may feel stiff at first. The best way to break it in is simply by training with it. Over time, the leather will mould to your body and become more comfortable while maintaining maximum support. You can also fold the belt gently in both directions to help loosen the leather for a better fit.
How do I choose the right size belt or sleeve?
Each product page has a sizing guide with measurement instructions. Use a tape measure, not your jeans size, that’s the number one mistake most lifters make.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Hardbody products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your gear fails when it shouldn’t, we’ll replace it.
