Elbow Sleeves 7mm Purple

Hardbody Elbow Sleeves are made out of 7mm thick neoprene, designed to support your elbow joint, keeping it secure while performing an exercise. Reinforced with neoprene panels for added support and comfort around the elbow joint.

Size Guide: Measure around the elbow joint to find your correct size. Elbow sleeves are designed to add compression, but not to cut off circulation.

How to Measure:

To find the correct size for your elbow sleeves, measure the circumference of your arm just above the elbow joint but below the bicep.

Make Sure You're Measuring Correctly: 

• Keep your arm relaxed and slightly bent at a 70° angle. Measuring with a fully straight arm can result in a smaller measurement, leading to a size that’s too tight.
• Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it’s snug but not overly tight.
• Refer to our size chart and select the size that aligns with your measurement. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or down for a tighter, more compressive fit.

Neoprene: Neoprene is a synthetic rubber that is known for its durability and flexibility. These properties allow the sleeves to withstand the high forces and stresses that are placed on the elbows during exercise.

Avoid throwing or dropping the sleeves when removing, as this can cause damaged.

How to clean elbow sleeves:

You can either use a washing machine or hand wash as long as cold water is utilised/low temperature wash. Please air dry to ensure no damage occurs during the washing process.
