Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Hardbody ships worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on location, and you’ll see exact options at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days. International orders take 5–10 working days depending on customs clearance. Tracking times are calculated at checkout and begin once your order is dispatched. We allow up to 48 hours for dispatch, though almost all orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are shipped the same day (excluding weekends).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. UK orders over £100 qualify for free shipping. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way, unless you’ve chosen an untracked shipping option (available only for international orders).

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Hardbody products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your gear fails when it shouldn’t, we’ll replace it.

How do I claim the Lifetime Warranty?

Can I exchange or return items if they don’t fit?

Yes. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in their original condition. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping, but Hardbody covers outbound shipping on UK exchanges over £50. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Do I need to return my full order for an exchange?

No, you only need to send back the item you’re exchanging.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

What makes Hardbody products different from other lifting equipment?

Hardbody is designed by lifters, for lifters. Every product is tested in real training environments to balance comfort, durability, and performance, not just looks.

How do I break in my new Hardbody belt?

Like any high-quality lifting belt, it may feel stiff at first. The best way to break it in is simply by training with it. Over time, the leather will mould to your body and become more comfortable while maintaining maximum support. You can also fold the belt gently in both directions to help loosen the leather for a better fit.

How do I choose the right size belt or sleeve?

Each product page has a sizing guide with measurement instructions. Use a tape measure, not your jeans size, that’s the number one mistake most lifters make.

What is the difference between MVPro V4 Knee Sleeves and older versions?

The V4s are fully re-engineered with improved stitching, upgraded materials, and a fully IP-owned design, giving you unmatched rebound and durability.

Yes. Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Avoid machines and heat to preserve elasticity and stitching.
