Hardbody Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Hardbody, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you need a different size, want to swap a product, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to make the process straightforward.
Eligibility For Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible products purchased directly from hardbody.store. To qualify, items must be:
- In new and unused condition
- Complete with original tags, packaging, and liners intact
- Free from signs of wear, use, or washing
How To Start A Return Or Exchange
Email our support team at support@hardbody.store to begin the process.
- Your order number
- The product you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for your return/exchange
Our team will review your request and respond within 48-72 hours with the next steps, including where to send your return.
Important: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer size exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is in new condition with original tags attached. Once we receive your item, we’ll send out your replacement right away.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What Products Are Not Eligible For Return?
While we want to be as flexible as possible, some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product integrity:
- Used lifting accessories (such as straps, wraps, and sleeves)
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom or personalized items
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Hardbody cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns & Warranty — What’s The Difference?
Returns & Exchanges: Covers 30 days from delivery for size swaps, refunds, and general returns. This is for situations like ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind.
Lifetime Warranty: Covers your product (unless otherwise specified), protecting you against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover purposeful damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
