Technical Details:

Size Guide: Measure around the area of use (thighs, knees, or ankles) to find your correct size. The bands are designed to add resistance without slipping or rolling during exercise.

• Light - 30-40cm circumference
• Medium - 40-50cm circumference
• Heavy - 50-60cm circumference

How to clean resistance bands:
